Who handles your purchase
Check your receipt for the seller. When Paddle is the merchant of record, Paddle processes the purchase and refund under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Not Organic supplies the software service. For purchases from another seller, use the receipt's support channel.
Cancel a subscription
Use the subscription-management link on your receipt or in the seller's customer portal to stop future renewals. Keep the confirmation. Cancellation does not itself request a refund for an earlier payment. Signing out, deleting an application, or closing an account does not cancel a subscription. Access and included allowances follow the purchased plan and applicable law.
One-time credit packs
Credit packs do not require a subscription, do not renew automatically, and purchased credit does not expire. There is no recurring pack payment to cancel. Credit is for metered services at Not Organic retail rates and is not transferable money. Purchased credit remains subject to applicable refund rights; describing it as service credit does not remove those rights.
A refund of a pack can reduce the corresponding available credit to prevent the same service being used and refunded twice. Usage and payment records help resolve the correct amount. A request already processed by an AI provider can incur a disclosed charge even if your connection was interrupted; an unexplained failure is not proof that a charge is correct.
Request a refund or report a billing problem
For a Paddle purchase, start at Paddle buyer support. Provide the receipt or transaction reference, product, purchase date, and a short explanation such as duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, incorrect amount, or service not delivered. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or API keys.
For a technical delivery problem, use the support channel shown in your application as well, so the payment can be matched with service records. Paddle decides and processes refunds under its terms and applicable law. We do not promise an automatic refund, a fixed processing time, or an additional voluntary refund window that has not been adopted.
Your legal rights
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer remedies or cooling-off rights. Starting digital delivery affects a statutory withdrawal right only where the required disclosures and consent have been obtained and applicable law permits it. We do not treat sign-in or general acceptance of terms as a blanket waiver.
If prepaid service is not delivered or is permanently discontinued, contact the seller for the remedy applicable to your purchase. This review draft does not change the terms of an existing purchase.
