What these terms cover
These proposed terms govern the Not Organic website, shared account, hosted services, credits, and APIs. “Not Organic,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator trading under that name. The contracting entity and business address will be identified in the adopted version.
Twyne, Keating, Interleave, and Stich may have additional terms for their own features. A product’s specific terms apply to that feature; the seller’s checkout terms apply to the purchase. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting wording.
Once adopted and presented for acceptance, these terms form the agreement for the covered services. This review copy does not itself change an existing agreement.
Account access and eligibility
Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in and device credentials, and only authorize clients you trust. Tell us through the support channel shown in your product if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
You must have the legal capacity to enter the applicable agreement, or valid authorization from a parent, guardian, or organization where the product permits it. Individual products may set higher age requirements or restrict certain features. These terms do not authorize a child to use a product that excludes them.
If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it. You are responsible for the actions you authorize, but these terms do not remove protections you have for fraud or unauthorized payments.
Products and availability
Not Organic supplies shared account and hosted capabilities used by connected products. A shared identity does not mean every subscription, credit allowance, document, message, or permission is shared. Your product and plan determine what you can access.
Features, model routes, integrations, and preview services may change or be unavailable. A documentation page or product illustration is not a promise that a particular integration is enabled for your account. Unless a separate agreement provides one, we do not offer a service-level guarantee.
For a material reduction in a paid service, we will provide the notice and remedies required by your purchase agreement and applicable law.
Your content and AI output
You retain the rights you hold in the content you submit. You give us permission to process, transmit, store, and display that content as needed to provide your requested features, protect the service, and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work to us.
You must have permission to provide the material you submit, including personal information about other people. Review AI output before relying on it or sharing it. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar to material generated for others; it may not qualify for intellectual-property protection.
AI features are not emergency services or a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Do not use the services to make consequential decisions about another person without appropriate human review and any required legal basis.
Acceptable use
Do not use the services to break the law, exploit children, threaten or harass people, impersonate someone deceptively, infringe others’ rights, or distribute malicious software. Do not gain unauthorized access, steal credentials, evade payment or rate limits, disrupt shared infrastructure, or misuse another person’s account.
Only access accounts, repositories, files, and external systems you are authorized to use. Automated requests and execution jobs remain subject to their granted permissions and resource limits. Respect applicable upstream provider rules communicated for the feature you use.
Report a suspected security issue through the support channel. Include enough information to investigate without sending passwords, private keys, or unrelated personal data.
Subscriptions, credits, and charges
Before paying, review the product, seller, currency, total charge, taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, included usage, and any credit expiry shown at checkout. An available checkout offer, not an illustrative example on this site, determines the purchase.
A recurring subscription renews on the disclosed schedule until cancelled. Cancellation generally stops future renewals; it is different from requesting a refund for a past charge. Price changes apply according to the notice and consent requirements that govern your subscription.
Credits represent eligibility to use specified services. They are not a bank account, deposit, investment, or transferable currency. Some allowances are tied to a product or period; purchasing one product does not automatically fund another. Any expiry, rollover, or refund conditions must be disclosed before purchase and comply with applicable law.
Metered features can reserve part of your available credit before starting, then reconcile the charge against usage. An interrupted request can still incur cost if the upstream provider accepted and processed it. Your application should disclose spending controls before submitting paid work.
Cancellation and refunds
Use the cancellation method in your receipt, seller’s customer portal, or product account. Keep the cancellation confirmation. Deleting an app or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
For purchases where Paddle is the seller, its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the transaction alongside applicable consumer law. You can request billing help through Paddle’s buyer support. For a different seller, use the contact in that seller’s receipt.
If a service was not supplied, a charge appears incorrect, or you want a refund, include the transaction reference and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details. No wording here removes a statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer remedy. The adopted policy will state any additional Not Organic refund offer.
Privacy and connected services
The Privacy Policy explains how the shared service handles personal information. Product-specific notices cover additional processing such as documents, messages, learning records, or relationship information.
Connecting an identity host, model provider, or third-party client can cause information to be processed by that service. Review its permissions and applicable terms. A portable identity does not make all account records public or guarantee that every type of data can move between providers.
Suspension, closure, and your data
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security incident, unlawful use, serious breach, unpaid charges, or a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. We may act without advance notice when notice would compromise security or violate the law.
You can stop using the services and request account closure through the support channel shown in your product. Request an export before closing an account if you need one. Closure can affect connected products; we should explain that scope before carrying it out.
Account closure, subscription cancellation, and erasure are separate actions. We may retain records required for financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal purposes. Copies already held by recipients or independent services are outside our direct control.
Responsibility and legal rights
We will provide the services with the care required by applicable law. Subject to rights that cannot be excluded, services are provided as available, without a promise that every output is correct or that access will be uninterrupted. Keep independent copies of important work.
We do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable obligations concerning consumer services, privacy, fraud, or deliberate misconduct. This proposed version does not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class proceedings, or set a monetary liability cap.
Contact the service’s published support channel first if you want help resolving a disagreement. You retain any right to bring a complaint to a regulator or use the courts available under applicable law. The operator’s jurisdiction will be stated in the adopted version without overriding mandatory protections where you live.
Updates and contact
The adopted terms will carry an effective date. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate account or product notice before taking effect when required. A change will not retroactively remove rights concerning an earlier transaction.
For now, use the support information in your product or payment receipt. The final version will name the contracting entity, public business address, and monitored legal/support contact.
