Billing and services

What we sell, and how you are charged.

Not Organic sells software subscriptions and prepaid usage credits for its own products. Everything is digital and delivered to your account. This page describes the services, the pricing model, and the terms of purchase in full.

01

Who you are buying from

Not Organic operates Twyne, Keating, Interleave, and Stich, and provides the identity, billing, and AI model access those products run on. The seller of a particular purchase is identified at checkout and on your receipt. When Paddle is the merchant of record, you buy from Paddle as the authorized reseller; Not Organic supplies the software service.

Payments are processed by Paddle. Card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and are never handled or stored by Not Organic. Paddle also handles sales tax and VAT where they apply, and issues the invoice you receive by email.

All prices and balances are denominated in US dollars.

02

What is for sale

There are two kinds of purchase, and they behave differently.

Recurring

Product subscriptions

A monthly plan for a specific product. It unlocks that product's paid features and adds a fixed credit allowance to your balance at the start of each billing period. It renews automatically until you cancel.

One-time

Credit packs

A single purchase that adds a fixed amount of credits to your balance. It does not recur, does not renew, and is not a subscription. Buy one when you need more usage.

Access or credits are issued after the server verifies the payment notification. If payment completes but the purchase does not appear, contact the seller with your transaction reference. These are digital services, not physical goods.

03

How credits work

The shared account tracks usage allowances in US-dollar amounts. Some credits are restricted to a particular product or billing period; one account does not mean every allowance can be spent in every product.

Denomination
One credit is one US dollar. Balances and charges are tracked to a millionth of a dollar so that small requests are priced accurately rather than rounded into a separate unit you have to convert.
What a request costs
AI usage is billed at the underlying model provider's price plus a fixed markup of 20%. The pricing implementation applies that markup to upstream cost. It does not represent gross margin after operating costs.
Reservations and reconciliation
Funds are reserved before a request is sent, then reconciled against usage. Work accepted by a provider can still cost money if the client disconnects or the response fails. Retrying must preserve the original action’s idempotency key; do not assume every failed request was free.
Expiry
Expiry and rollover depend on the grant program and purchase. Read the conditions attached to the available offer before paying. This page does not establish a universal expiry or rollover promise.
Visibility
Your balance, every grant that added to it, and every charge that drew from it are listed in your account at id.notorganic.info.

Changes, cancellation, and refunds

Changing a plan
Use the plan-management options offered by your product or the seller shown on your receipt. Review when the change takes effect and how credits and charges are adjusted before confirming.
Cancelling
Use the cancellation link in your receipt, seller’s portal, or product account. Keep the confirmation. The purchase terms explain when access ends. Signing out or deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
Credit packs
A credit pack is a one-time purchase and does not renew. There is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
For an incorrect charge, an undelivered service, or a refund request, contact the seller on your receipt. Paddle purchases follow its Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. Any additional Not Organic refund offer will be stated in the adopted purchase terms.
Account deletion
Export, account closure, subscription cancellation, and deletion are separate requests. Ask support about the scope before closing an account, and cancel any recurring purchase through its seller. Read the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion limits.
